Someday I will see

That people who love me are looking out for me

Even though their ways may be strict and stern

But they still guide me before I take a wrong turn

To the lane that was not meant for me

But a better one in which I will see

That life is beautiful and gives me an opportunity

To make me the best that I can be

Even though I must loathe these guardian angels

They showed me how to perceive things from different angles

To see that life is the way you look at it

Not only the ways  others tell you how they saw it

I realised that these people can come in any form

Parents, siblings, teachers, friends, neighbors or anyone without any norm.

They show me how to face my fears

How I can stop shedding tears

About little things that I take to seriously

Or things that shouldn’t be taken offensively

Like criticism can be something that I take way too seriously

Someday...
