Status: In Progress  |  Genre: Horror  |  House: Booksie Classic

After the recently departing of her mother. Lienna Lockhart returns home that night she lives alone she suddenly gets a phone call from someone. The caller ID was very familiar. She answered and horrible things began to erupt in the house.

Lienna Lockhart stood at the foot of her mother’s grave as she looked at the wooden coffin. The funeral was over as her brother Mark walked over to comfort her. “She loves us all. She loved you most of all. You okay heading home?” He asked her. She turned and nodded. She opened up the car door and drove off.

Her apartment complex was built in 1971 and is the oldest in the city of Atlanta. Of course with its age comes stories and alleged hauntings. Some claim they see ghosts and apparitions roam the halls at night. Of course she is a skeptic and no evidence have been proven otherwise.

The lobby was made of gold and brimstone. It had a old lobby desk and old chairs the smell still smells like it’s the seventies also. The elevator was also gold with a isingia of the apartments logo. A old lady entered the elevator with a white hat and a brown sweater. She was dancing while singing a song Lienna heard her mother sang her when she was a kid. She looks at the woman with horror and terror. The elevator opened at floor 3 as the woman casually walking into the darken hall still singing the tune as it fade away as the door closes.

She walked on to the sixth floor as she heard some music coming from one of the rooms. It was metal music which she grown to be fond of as the years gone by. Of course her apartment comes with 1 bed, 1 bath kitchen and living room. For only 200 dollars a month that ain’t that bad once you think about it.

Lienna then took off her clothes and walked into the bathroom. The bathroom was all white with a mirror that has a door revealing her meds and other junk. She pulled out her IPhone and started playing her Spotify playlist. It was filled with Rammstein and Sybreed because that helps her shower and get dried up. As she grabbed the body wash on the side, the song shuffled to a old timey song.

It was Yellow Submerine by the Beatles. She stopped rubbing the soap on her body. She hated the Beatles only her mother liked the Beatles. Lienna shook her head as she might have saved a Beatles song on accident who knows.

It was half past eleven when she got done with the shower when she checked her saved songs. Yellow submerine did not show up at all. Lienna was now worried who could have changed the song she was the only one here?

Then she heard her house phone ring. It was so sudden that she dropped her phone. No one calls this late at night. What the hell was that about? She then stood up she walked over to the phone she picked it up. There was static and silence then she heard a noise. It was a toy it made a hissing sound. Then she heard the song that woman was singing coming from the other end. She hung up quickly.

Then she seen the lights dim in her house. She grabbed her phone and turned on the flashlight. It illuminated the living room. She then heard the singing again this time not on the phone. The phone rang again as this time it was louder. It kept ringing as someone said something.

“My little angel Lienna. It’s mom, why didn’t you answer the phone when I tried to call. Did you not love me anymore. Don’t worry Lienna mommy is always with you even in afterlife. Lienna dear where are you? Oh I see you. Let’s play hide and seek shall we. Your favorite game as a kid. You hide I’ll find you” Her mother’s distorted.

She then heard someone walking around in the darkness. Her light began to flicker. She tried to save it but it went out. She was in total darkness. Then she heard footsteps all around her. She couldn’t trace where they were. Then she finally got the light on.

Someone was standing right behind her. A old lady with a white hat, brown sweater and slippers. The woman said very deeply into her ears and with a cackle voice. “Found You”
