Kimya's response to the Corona pandemic.

The unexpected has arrived.

threatening the young, the old; leaving every other soul vulnerable.

An enemy comes unseen and leaves unnoticed, with footprints of death

Introducing us to life’s new norm, it will not go away. Like altered seasons

they only become worse.

In time we will find our way, we will survive, we always do. This is not

our first pandemic or confrontation with death, but it is the most harmful...

the only one to change our way of life; causing more death than some wars.

I wonder is there more than what meets the eye – are we missing something?

Could the world be healing itself, correcting all our misuse and

destruction from centuries past. The sky is much bluer without

the interference of what we create. Just maybe a higher power is

creating the change we so desperately need but refuse to make.

If we would only stop and pay attention to what is going on around us.

We cannot blame this on race, power, or privilege because we all

contribute to the disorder that harms the world.

Cures cannot continue being excuses for us to use the same set

of rules repeating more of our past. There are answers to our problems

when we listen to every voice. In the chaos screaming

out each day from the tragedy and sadness forced upon us,

even I can hear a call for change, but it makes no difference.

It will take more than just me to recognize what we all need to do.
