Status: In Progress  |  Genre: Romance  |  House: Booksie Classic

Poem about a contemporary issue which is in fact not new or exclusive to one people group.

Suppose you see a Bull Elephant

Aggressive, purposely standing on

The tail of a Mouse

With an indignant sense of the injustice

And passionate, costly commitment

The great oppressor is removed,

A monstrous evil undone, hallelujahs!

The Mouse scurries on his way, rejoicing.

Suppose you hear of the liberated

Mouse standing on the tails of other

Vulnerable Mice in it's own community.

Very well said, an intelligent (non reactionary) view.
