The worlds at war, No peace in sight
I am of tougher timber
and I try to do - what's right.
But I cannot lift
it all alone
no one will hear my cries

You'll keep battling
throwing empty words with force
While ignoring reason
Cause it is hard to understand someone else

Memories enter my mind of days that shone
Playing with my beloved father
just like him, those days are gone

You'll continue calling people like I names
Forgetting that we all feel pain.
You're kicking me while I am down
as you preach you're doing good.
Your eyes are burnt, you're completely blind
things are not the way they should.

I'll rise again, like we all must
all of us that are still strong
We've lost so much but struggle still
For the place where we belong.
