taken from my book, "Blown Out Of Proportion"

I Shouldn't Have To Explain Myself

The world wouldn't care to understand me

Even if I knew how to explain myself

To everybody who asks me what my problem is

It's just best to avoid being asked that question

'Cause I should not need an explanation

For why I'm living the way I'm living

Especially when I can't change the way I'm living

And so I just avoid every one

And stay by myself without some one else

'Cause no one wants to read my 20 page document

So the world can forget about having me

__be their friend or anything

Because they can't understand what they don't know

And I don't feel like being a broken record

So remain judged, and misunderstood

'Cause no one will give me a second look

And if I make the wrong first impression

__I am always already screwed

I won't take the time to memorize my life

'Cause 45 minutes is a run on sentence

That nobody has thee attention span to fallow

And so if anybody does not know me

They never will if they are not

__in the same meeting I speaker at

____when my secretary commitment is up

My whole existence is one big flaw

Because I only exist to myself

So every one else can just go to Hell

I'm tired of having to explain myself

Over and over and over

Like what the Hell!
