A moment of time in 1977 when you realize the ones you love are an ocean away and happiness is me, myself, and I sharing my music with my bottle of wine.

MY WINE BOTTLE AND ME

The radio blasts rock and roll.

My feet dance to the beat.

I eagerly ingest the T.V. dinner.

Oh!  I feel so good; in the groove.

My eyes become heavier.

My body relaxes.

My head slumps onto the table.

My life is wonderful!

I glimpse my smile on the drained bottle.

All light fades.

 I find myself alone again.

My wine bottle and me.
