Chapter 36 As Madrigal slept, she had her seventh and final dream. In it a tree was surrounded by stones. As the tree was about to be burnt down, it rained. When rain hit the rocks they melted and and left hearts of love in their place. Then in the center of the hearts was a closed eye. The eyes each opened and could see clearly. Also was the fire that was about the tree put out by the rain. Then did the rain leave and many trees that were near, transformed into children and women. Madrigal then awoke and pondered the mystery of her final dream in her heart.
