Can you see through me?

The worries? The Fears?

What do you see?

Do the lines on my face reflect my years?

To live a life, is to worry it seems.

Am I doing a good job at being a mother?

Have I lost sight of my dreams?

Do my friends just feel like I'm a bother?

My life can't just be stuck in the dark.

See through me to all the love I freely give.

My love and care must leave a mark.

See through me and in truth, I'll live.

See through me to my heart.

It's filled with more than fear.

Forgo my imperfections and choose me.

Let me know my own perception is dear.

See through me and set me free.

See through me.

See through to more than just me.

Yes, I can see through you the humanity in every line. Well said.
