Going Viral

What to do?

Where to go?

I’ve got to admit

that I don’t know.

But the thing

that’s most alarming

is that the news

is far from calming.

Will we be

at Level 5,

in the hope

we’ll stay alive?

Or will the fate

of business rule,

where we still work

and go to school?

I’ve got to say

uncertainty

will soon become

the death of me,

so Government

please make your choice

and state it in

the clearest voice.

Sure is. And there doesn't seem to be any end to the doom and gloom in sight. Thanks, Mike.

Stated excellently. Now if we could just get a few officials to listen.

It seems that none of them listen to anything they don't want to hear. Thanks for reading, ratwood2.

Covid19 is the new Zeitgeist. I can't remember what the last one was; probably Brexit judging by the last novels I read by Ben Elton and Nick Hornby. My friend, Terrisa, is still in lockdown in Melbourne, the hotspot of Australia. I haven't seen her in twenty years, but hopefully it will pass before we die of old age. Nice work, Hullabaloo22.

We're ten days in to a six week lock-down over here, Craig. And we've got the potential doom situation with Brexit itself coming up. 2020 - not my favorite year.
