I’m having a mental health crisis right now and just need an outlet for my thoughts. Apologies in advance if it turns out crap

I'm Losing My Mind

I'm losing my mind, I'm losing my mind.

Maybe I can turn back time;

Hit rewind, then all will be fine?

I'm losing my mind.

Intrusive thoughts don't let me rest,

Intrusive thoughts, I detest;

They make me wish that I was dead.

I'm losing my mind.

Depression is like a big black hole;

Consuming my mind, taking my soul.

All I want is to feel whole.

I'm losing my mind.

Self harm releases all my pain;

I'm never going to be the same.

The scars, they make me feel ashamed.

I'm losing my mind.

People tell me "you're insane;"

If only you could feel my pain.

Maybe, then you'll think again?

I'm losing my mind.

This didn't turn out crap at all. I'm having a very sad week because of very sad news, so I feel you. Hang in there, 'cause we'll get through things together.
