the most important election in our history

The time has come at last, after months and years of waiting for our chance to vote out not only the worst president we've ever had, voting out a president who represents the worst of humanity, Election Day is here. We somehow managed to stagger here under a barrage of Trump, Trump, and still-more Trump. America stands at a crossroads; we either go left, back to a land of sanity, or right down an unlit alley to insanity. You might think I'm describing Democrats vs. Republican here; I'm not, this choice is so far beyond politics as usual. It's about what morals we want to follow, as people. A choice awaits, a choice between civility, decency, and the rule of law, or the exact opposite of those things, because this as by far the most consequential election of my time, and of all time. Some will say I'm being hyperbolic, but if you think that way, you don't understand what a clear and present danger to our system of government he represents.

If you still back Trump, after all we've seen over the last four years and are fine with the self-absorbed hatred he's forced on us, then fine, vote for your savior/hero. If you're appalled and sickened by what you've seen, as I am, this is the last chance to get out from under the concrete block he represents before it slams down on our heads. Even if we do vote him out, he's done everything he can to invalidate our voice. The voice of the people. It's stunning to me that we've reached this crossroads, that there's even an argument about which way we should turn. This is an Election Day unlike any we've ever had in our history, and I'm going to experience a fear unlike any Election Day before, and if Trump succeeds in bullying his way to reelection, it could be the last election we ever have.

Back in Black

Actually Dems are running on hating America. In addition they want to pack courts and ad other states than perceive as auto Dem votes. Further to them, elections just get in the way of their agenda. Much more likely to be our last election if Biden gets in than Trump. As far as history Biden is the weakest candidate ever, he's generic and offers nothing. If he wins he will simply be a pawn..and the Dems themselves will have him removed...they have no intention of letting Biden control anything, and he is too weak to stop them.

No matter who wins, the wheels have been set in motion for the eventual breakup of the USA. It will take 100-150 years, but the "Balkanization" of this country has started.
Does the Northeast have anything in common with Texas?
Does the Pacific Northwest have anything in common with the Midwest?

I completely agree, 88, the canyon between point of views is too wide to ever be spanned
