The other side of a Winter's Dream

His touch is cold

Like granite

Or a marble floor

She holds him close

In hopes to warm him

To one day help him express from his cold demeanor

Solid and frozen

On the inside and out

From many battles

And many scars

His flames burn like no others

His power

A forest fire of white

Bright flames

But to her

He is cold

To them

He is cold

Yet she know of the flame inside

So she will hold him tight

For hopes that one day

He will be more to them

Like he is to her

Something more
