I was looking for love at the love inn
But nobody told me told me it was the heartbreak hotel.
It wasn’t pretty nor poetic
Heartache only lead me up steel-staircases, to sleazy motels...
Where the sheets’ll set your hairs running
All that rub-rub-rubbing
All those English girls
Twirling their pearls...
might make morality swirl...
In fact can we call it morality?
Let’s call it depravity.
Let’s call it the dead souls.
Let’s call it the found and lost.
It all comes at a cost...
Here at the love inn...
We only came for lovin
