After clinical trials the big three are 95% effective. Only one of them can be done as a single shot. Because otherwise the time to create the drug, distribution of lower dosages for two shot inoculation will cover more people than pushing a single dose. Astrazenaca, was the first to mention the possibility, long before trials in Brazil. Outside of the nerve damage found with one person, there is no side affects reported outside of minor temporary injection site pain. Trials are not just to see effectiveness, but to properly portion a drug for distribution. Since these drugs are so new, dosage is determined by trial results. Too much may cause reactions and higher than normal effective rates. Too little, not effective enough with lower reaults and minimal side effects. Clearly Moderna has pumped up its numbers with higher dosages. Astrazenaca and Oxford has put more caution into their trials, as they don't care about American greed.

Sickening nearly a billion
Fast track to make a trillion

Odds are your going to get sick
After getting your needle prick

Of three equally effective, but not any safer
Astrazenaca and Pfizer, way much better

Moderna the looser, that investors bank
Given of the 3 options, I rather not take

A safer bet is Hydroxychloriquine
Between a choice of Moderna's vaccine
