I loved how you introduced Ricky in the beginning! There's so much pressure on people to go to college right away, and if they don't go or drop out, they're viewed as losers (the inspirational Instagram quote about moving at your own pace is true! Lol). You really showcased a chill work environment here, even if the job itself isn't ideal for Ricky, but all the coworkers get along really well. Can definitely relate lol, my boss is the king of inappropriate jokes and literally calls himself a walking HR issue xD With that being said I really enjoyed this story and all of the crazy happenings of Ricky's workday! Well done as always, and am definitely looking forward to reading more of your work! :)
