A little fun, imagining Darwinian evolution as some sort of cosmic spa. I hope you enjoy it. (Morphologist in biology = the study of the form and structure of organisms, or of a part of an organism.)

Darwin's House Of Change

Were you killed by evolution ?
............Last year's model in quick-start speed ?
Need to trade your scales for feathers ?
............Uptake slow, to survive and breed ?
If you've proved to be so un-fit,
with your legacy prospects small,
why not roll your dice at Darwin's
for a chance to improve it all ?
We've got radioactive hot springs,
and smart predators, employed,
and for small consideration
could whip up an asteroid.
In the back rooms are some glaciers,
or, if tired of species slaughter,
please retreat to our expansive pool
and convert to breathe its water.
Perhaps you are embarrassed
by your smooth and tiny brain ?
So try out our diverse game room;
...see what skills you can obtain.
And if social life is dragging,
and you're picked off, one by one,
cooperation is your golden key,
or learn to hide or run !
To this end, at Darwin's,
nocturnal, or for the day,
we'll work on good communication,
or secrete you safe away.
Unless, of course, you've got bad luck
- your sea is drained, or land deluged,
in which case
........................consult our morphologist
to engage some niche, unused.
We've got the answers to all your needs,
your genes will come out fine.
We'll accommodate any adaptation
...if given enough time.
