I'm sure I will

So I'll just write anything . . . keep typing - what next?

I wish I could still eat grains - but I can't no more . . . 'e bloats on grains!

If I could, I'd make a sandwich 'stead of typing: wholemeal bread/Cheddar cheese/Brandston pickle - all I have is the memory . . . don't torture yersel' s'not worth it!

Feels wrong - s'like I'm wronging myself - doing this . . . some kinda reservation in me? No prep . . . isn't that the bloody point?

Think before posting - this day-bah-kl!

This is how a tired brain works - after the gym . . . he's sooo tired, so goddam beat!

T'morrow will, I'm sure, be better-er - after a good night's sleep

Some of the best writing comes from not thinking too hard. The only problem with this is it's made me want my own cheese and pickle sandwich.

So hard to find food today which frees one from bloat. I am told that the gluten-free section of Waitrose has recently been expanded. Just sayin'...
