Suddenly Nothing Is Right

Maybe if it wasn’t so sudden

I could be more prepared.

These sudden conflagrations

could be staunched and stemmed

before the flames took hold.

But that’s no more than wishful thinking,

for yet again my world is tossed and trashed

by the sudden ignition of temper.

More or less all my life I've battled with frequent times of deep depression. I'm the manic depressive that never really gets the high points.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read and comment.

Thanks, Kat. They are the place for the words that I never speak aloud.
