Just a short piece I wrote at a time where I was going through self introspection through my writing.

By MarcusThepoet

As I live my life,
And constantly remind myself why I call this stanza a verse,
And remind myself of my saviour
Poetry who took me under her wing
Like her purse,
As I despite this life thing
Regarded as a curse,
But as I show love to my saviour
Poetry who took care of my scars,
She went all out to become my nurse,
If it wasn't for her and the actions she undertook,
I'd be a corpse and my dream car would be a hearse,
But as I live my life,
I realise that it's nothing like a curse.
