Just a random piece, not for people who have problems with pills, nor is it a plea for help.

Taking Pills

You don’t get to say I’m fine

Go about your day and choose my life

To deceive me while staring into my eye

So imma take this pill and kiss you goodbye

Now you say it’s all in my mind

When you say I’m wasting your time

It’s not real but an awful high

That you’re always right by my side

So I’ll give a kiss and go bout my life

Feeling so empty and hurt all the time

So I can just feed on all your lies

Now imma take this pill to hide inside my mind

You and I, together, alone, where we lie

A severed tongue and hissing snake so sly

May your debt be paid and hell you dine

As twisted as can be, the love of my last life

Cuz now we’re grown and fighting all the time

Here I am pretending you’re my bride

One day I’ll be leaving you behind

Till then, I’ll take this pill and kiss you goodbye

I’m killing myself, these words are my crime

Going through hell, with no reason to shine

Offering my soul to sell, just to have a dime

And this hole I fell, within darkness, I’m blind

So imma take this pill and kiss you all goodbye

Just gonna take this pill and leave it all behind

Taking this pill, just gotta pretend I’m alright

I’m gonna take this pill, so you won’t have to cry.
