Silently gazing at the window
What could you possibly be staring at
You seem like your in another world, completely in limbo
Why do I even care, I don’t have the answer for that
Your eyes shine, but there’s still a speck of sadness
That bubbly personality you show was hastily created
How can someone be so full of life but still lifeless
I wonder, what made you feel like your life deserves to be wasted
Will I be able to reach out to you
Your across the room, but a million miles away
You probably don’t even know me, not even a clue
If I would walk over, would you give me the time of day
The window takes up all your attention
Like your stuck in a strange, eerie dance
I want to be the one to relieve all your pent up tension
So I’m going to keep looking, until I can steal just one glance
