Owen,

I am writing this letter to see how you are doing. I know that you may not want to hear from me or even bother reading this letter, as I am sure you have blocked me on all ways to contact you. Though, that does not really matter, as I would write this regardless. I do hope that you are well and that things for you are also going well. There isn’t really much to say here, I’ve already made my pleas of apologies to you and they do not seem to have made a difference. And maybe they shouldn’t, I was very harsh and very unkind. I have no really defense for that and I don’t think I will even attempt one, it would be pointless. Though, I will say here that I did like having you as a friend, even though I relied too heavily on you and that was not fair. I think you will be happy to know that things have gotten better, though there will always be some level of difficulty that this just life after all. But, I’ve gotten better at managing it and of course I am work and going to school, which although difficult at times, has been quite helpful in getting me through certain rough patches. I was also going to therapy for a time, though I will have to find a new one. It isn’t because my therapist was bad or anything, she just got a promotion and that is good for her.

Shawn
