A being of compassion,

With learnable lessons.

O Avalokiteshvara,

Enlightened Bodhisattva.

Universally beloved being,

A statue in bronzing.

An image of a teacher,

Leading to Enlightenment.

All suffering will end with his aid,

We no longer have to be afraid.

Avalokiteshvara; He is there for us;

Leading us into the light...
