Beneath The Grey (8)
(those dreadful fears)
It rears its ugly head,
And to the unsuspecting shows
A strength of feeling as it grows,
Its they it wants and has to have,
Control is lost and feelings changed
Demonic power of thoughts deranged,
And so the unsuspecting takes
Its ugliness into themselves,
And feels its power and waits
Until spent and then deflates,
Its ugliness now shys away
As if ashamed and has to hide,
But leaves behind the bitter taste
With those it took in urgent haste,
Beneath the grey
Once more it goes,
Until the time when next it rears
Its ugly head and bring again,
Those dreadful fears.
