The clues are in the past. History repeats itself: how a privatized catastrophe can shine a light on a world calamity 15 years later - orchestrating disasters is a trademark of Milton Friedman's stranglehold doctrine . . . the locusts go to work.
Governing elites are SHAMELESS. The flooding of New Orleans will go down in American history as one of the most allowed-to-happen natural blunders. Hurricane Katrina, we're told, was the straw that broke the camel's back. Hurricanes are a Met Office favourite - always turn up when they say they will. There was a lot of jiggery-pokery going on behind the scenes: ionospheric heaters were used to dump high-concentrations of weather on civilian populations - geoengineering is a form of terrorism. The levees were in an awful state of disrepair. In fact, public infrastructure, on the whole, had been systematically ignored in the New Orleans area - hardly any funding had been allocated for its structural integrity. People were rounded up - in some cases shot in cold blood - by private sector guards (Blackwater) fresh from Iraq. Even the Federal Emergency Management Agency conducted itself at a leisurely pace. One politician said at a press conference something akin to: Katrina was an act of God . . . it washed away a whole lot of degradation! The disaster was a cash cow for the fringe hyenas - private contractors - drafted in to strip the bones clean. The reporting focused primarily on the criminal element arising from such large-scale displacement - this only impeded the needs of the many and well-meaning. Katrina was a geopolitical experiment, an example of how 'steerable technology' works - a patent of Raytheon's E-Systems (weather modification). A counter-force turned Katrina from a Category 1 into a Category 5! The ionosphere was used to deflect a beam of energy - redirecting the path of the hurricane. A conglomerate of corporations used the area as a crash-test-dummy zone. And it seems the old cirriculum wasn't conducive with the doctrinairism of the new charter schools.
The clandestine practices used on an open society - whether localized or worldwide - go undetected for decades. But corporatism has a habit of throwing all subtlety out the window - and it doesn't care who knows it. In a nutshell: presidencies or prime ministers do as they're told - orders from the guys drunk on their own powerplay. The entrepreneurial underbelly of politics is well known but seldom challenged. The corrupting factor is, of course, $$$ - and enough of it buys a poker face with double-edged motives.
