Uncertainty, certainly, guides my mind.

A doubt that fills my idle thoughts,

wondering if I'm too much, sometimes, to handle.

I want to be able to read your thoughts, and theirs,

to know if I'm pushing boundaries I should not.

I want, I want, I want

I want to be able to know things.

Things about you, about them, about everyone

because a piece of me falls in love with everyone.

Lying awake at night, curled into your side,

I think about things that could be.

Tiny, doubting what-ifs cloud my mind

hindering me from sleep.

And when I dream,

I dream about other people.

Small happenings, small intermingling occasions

that make me wonder

Am I pushing past your boundaries?
