A short advice on how to prepare for what’s sure in this world. We all know we will die one day, so let’s prepare to let go now.

First of all make sure you are fine. You’re fine to leave all of this behind. Everything you love and care about. Everything you worked hard for. Be ready. Be ready to really let go. And I don’t mean to let go for a second or few minutes. I mean really. Let. It. All. Go. You are not here anymore. There’s nothing to grasp. There’s nothing to hold on to. You are free. Free from burden and stress. Free from thinking. You are floating. No. You are. You still are, but so much lighter. You are happy. Happy to embrace the space. Just as it is. And you are free. You are the space. Isn’t that wonderful? You thought you have to fill up the space with something, but it’s already full. Full of you. You’re not happy? Why not?
Are you not  r e a d y . . . ?
Let me guide you through. Let’s get back again. Together. I’m here with you. I’ll be with you all the time. Just listen. Go in and listen. I’m here. I’m here with you and I’ll guide you. Breath, please don’t forget to breath. And focus. Focus on your goal. You’re here to learn how to live and how to die. Take a deep breath in. That’s it... and breath out... let’s start.
This is not what you were expecting, is it? It’s ok, relax. You don’t really have a choice. It is happening. You can either fight it or you can go with it. But if you fight against, you’ll be back very soon again and repeat it all over again. Until you go with it. So let’s just go with it. It is a struggle only when you fight it. Embrace it. You are going to be ok if you’ll embrace it. You don’t trust it? Why not? You never trust it and it never worked out for you. Maybe let’s trust it this time?
It won’t be long anyway. We can even have some fun on the way.
It doesn’t matter. Nothing really matters except of you getting ready to die. It is your transition. You can’t enter the next step, if you hadn’t finish the one before. Nothing is ending. We continue, just in a different form. So love. Love the fact that you are neverending. No need to cry. Why the sadness? You are just transforming. You were never really born and you never really die. It’s beautiful. It is beautiful to feel the connection we all have. It is the feeling of separation that hurts. And no one is separate. We are one. It’s only when we don’t recognise it, we suffer. And it’s so easy to fall for that illusion. But don’t worry. I’m here. I’m here to guide you. I might have to slap you few times if you don’t listen, but that’s all for your own benefit. Don’t fall asleep. Stay awake. I slap you, so you stay awake. Don’t ignore it. It’s a loving slap, so you won’t drown. So you won’t fall down the rabbit hole. And don’t force it. Let it happen naturally. Just listen.

Criss Sole

This is something i think about very often. I had a 0% chance to live, but somehow managed to survive. I am guessing there was more i had to do.
This was very comforting to read, and i really like the idea of being at peace, away from all the worries and stress.

I am glad you found it comforting to read, Criss. I recommend to read the Bhagvad-Gita with commentary by Adi Shankara, if you haven’t already. It starts off with Prince Arjuna explaining his depression to Lord Krishna. The rest of the book is all about answering questions about life and deeper questions such as Who am I? And why is this all happening to me?
