An Octodil poem. No rhyming but the syllable requirements for the 8 lines are - 4/4/6/6/8/8/6/6.

Like Diamonds

 

Your eyes sparkle,

facets of light,

as though made of diamonds.

Dazzling and capturing

all of my attention, pulling

me forward, transfixed, held in place.

Priceless jewels unless

cubic zirconia.
