What brought us to this point,

The point of no return,

Must we continue to tear each other apart,

With our words and our actions,

Never to return again,

To the sweet sound of laughter,

And dancing in the clouds,

When our hearts beat as one,

And drowning out all other sounds,

We could stare into each other's eyes,

And see into each other's souls,

Then we would fall asleep holding each other,

Soft kisses in the night,

Where did it go,

All the fun times we used to have,

When everything was loving and fragrant,

Can we ever return to that magical place,

Or are we bound forevermore to this

Empty hell.
