When you feel down,

when you feel sad,

when you just feel so tired...

Just try to remember

there's your loved ones near you...

Reaching for help,

reaching for love,

reaching for support.

You can always trust them for anything

and tell them, quietly, beneath your breath,

"Please be with me for a little while,

listen to my stories,

and help me overcome this moment"

And trust me, they'll listen to you

and be with you until you get better

So no worrys folks,

no worrys at all

Please not worry too much

just because you feel down.

You might have your scores going down

or your friendship with your BFF breaking down

or your ego falling down,

or your courage toward your dream going down and down and down

Yes, I must admit

it'll be a hard time

but it's just for that moment

For it'll not last forever, and

it will always change depending on how you endure,

last, and face your utmost fear bravely.

Please, when we're going down,

let's not leave our hearts broken

but instead

fill our hearts with overflowing love and support

Then you CAN go

and up.

and up.

What a lovely message. It's true; there is always people around us, even if we don't think so, there will be someone who will listen and support us. Lovely poem and a great reminder that bad moments will pass.
