It’s Funny

It’s funny how the

Small-minded townspeople

Believe any lie about me.

Just because I’m from

Outside of the perimeter

Of their pathetic

One-horse town.

It’s funny that they believe the lies

But it is of no surprise.

No wonder I live alone

And try to sustain myself

With truth and alcohol.

Hopefully, I’ll die soon

And no longer need to defend myself

Against their mendacity.

Yes, you can lie a man to death!

What a pointless achievement!

I hope they all die and go to Hell

But I am an atheist

So, I don’t see the point.

Why do people lie about me?

Because they are stupid and fucking boring

And they don’t have anything better to do.

Some people seem to exist just to gossip, the nastier the better. Just go on being you, Craig.
