This is a copy of a top-secret transcription slipped under my door in a plain manila envelope, from a friend who works in a secret branch of the M.O.D that monitors and collects Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (U.A.Ps) Originally, I was going to release this to the public through my links with independently published UFO magazines and dark web sites. I have, however, decided to share this transcription of a recorded U.A.P encounter with you, which took place earlier this week in the North Atlantic. It involves a N.A.T.O. coalition scramble maneuver. Pilot call signs and carrier identification has been changed for security reasons.

Cobra I

(Static) ‘This is Cobra one, strafe run complete, Permission to head back downstairs to the basement (Hanger deck of an aircraft carrier) over.’

Basement

‘That’s a negative Cobra one... We have unauthorized traffic in the house... angels to 6 (ascend to 6000 ft) head upstairs and get a visual, over.’

Cobra one

‘Affirmative, Basement, could it be commercial traffic, over?’

Basement

‘Negative, Cobra One, traffic is descending vertically from angels 30, and pulling Mach two...’

Cobra One

‘Levelling off, Basement, nothing up here just, clear blue.’

Basement

‘You should have it on your radar, Cobra One? It is descending from the northeast, bogey at 30 for 5 at 6000 hot.

Cobra one

‘That’s a negative, Basement... Has anyone else got a visual on the bogey?’

Spartan Three

‘That’s a negative, cobra one.’

Blackwidow Two

‘That’s a... (Static)...(spooled up-Excited voice) I see it (Static) What the Hell! It's coming straight at me, basement! Vectoring off... (Roar of engines heard) Shit! It’s sticky (cannot lose it) it’s coming right at me.’

Basement

‘Black widow, can you identify the bogey, over?’

Blackwidow Two

(Strained voice) Negative, basement, it's... it’s too bright to make out anything; it’s coming straight at my windshield again... (Static)

Basement

Blackwidow...Blackwidow... call sign, Blackwidow Two, respond, over.’

Blackwidow Two

‘Blackwidow, here, Jesus Christ, that was too close, over.’

Basement

‘Black widow, Are you under attack, over?’

Blackwidow Two

‘Negative, Basement, I’ve never seen anything like it... over.’

Basement

‘Blackwidow, can you identify the aircraft, over?’

Blackwidow Two

‘Negative, Basement, It was hauling warp one (moving too fast) Christ, I don’t even think it was an aircraft. It had no wings, Basement. Christ it had no engines... it was just a bright, pulsing, silver, light, and shaped like a cigar (static)... over.’

Spartan Three

‘I see it! It’s off my nine (left-wing), it's matching my speed (excited voice) oh my god! Look at that thing... what the fuck is that! It’s not a jet! It's tubular in shape, it’s about thirty feet long...  it looks like a big tictac, Over.’

‘Spartan, can you repeat, please? Spartan Three, do you want to report a UFO, over?’

Cobra one

 (Voice breaking up with shock) I have Spartan in visual...Are you seeing this?’

Blackwidow Two

(Shocked tone) ‘No way, man, that’s impossible!’

Basement

‘Cobra Three, Blackwidow Two? Report, please, do you have a visual on Spartan One, over?’

Blackwidow Two

(Voice full of wonder) ‘That’s impossible, man, it's FM! (unexplained high-tech) Spartan One is stationary, he’s just floating in the air, man, he’s not moving, his burners are hot, but he’s not moving, man. The Bogey is circling him. There’s a bright light coming from the bogey, it's holding him in place, he’s just hanging there like a chopper or something.’  

Basement

‘Blackwidow Two, is Spartan One, under attack, over?’

Blackwidow Two

(Confused voice) I don’t know, Basement, this is nuts, man, this is impossible; Spartan One is just hovering and- this-thing is circling him and shining a blinding light on him.

Basement

Blackwidow, do you have a clean shot on the bogey?’

Blackwidow Two

‘Affirmative...(Static)

Basement

Blackwidow Two, you have permission to go hot and engage the bogey.’

Blackwidow Two

(Strained voice) You want me to shoot at that thing, over?’

Basement

‘Affirmative, Blackwidow. Open fire.’

Blackwidow Two

‘Safety off, weapons are hot, locking on target... (Static-Sound of rapid gunfire) Shit!’

Basement

‘Blackwidow, has the target been neutralized, over?’

Blackwidow Two

 (Static... scared high-pitched voice) Bogey has just destroyed Spartan one. Jesus, a light pulse shot out of it and hit Spartan One, Jesus, man, Spartan just exploded, over.’

Basement

‘Did Spartan, punch out-eject-Over?’

Blackwidow Two

‘Negative, (pause) He’s gone, Basement, Spartan One was just totally vaporized. Bandit is gone... man-that-thing... it just shot straight up and disappeared.’

Basement

‘Affirmative, Blackwidow. You are ordered to return immediately to the Basement for de-briefing, over.’

Blackwidow Two

(Sounds despondent) ‘Copy that, Basement, over!’

Cobra One

‘Copy, Basement, making the descent, over.’

Cobra One

‘This is Cobra one, flat-top is in sight(Aircraft carrier) engaging landing gear, over.’

Blackwidow Two

(Shouts urgently) ‘Cobra One, Cobra One, you got a bandit on your six. Jesus, that thing came out of nowhere, bank left, bank left...’

Cobra One

(High pitched screeching sound) ‘Shit... Shit... I’ve lost all power (shouts in a panic) it’s knocked out my power; I’ve been hit with some kind of EMP. I’m going down...’

Basement

‘Cobra one, eject, eject, eject.’

Blackwidow Two

(Shouts) ‘I’ve got eyes on, Cobra One, he punched out safely (ejected) Bandit is off my nine, engaging. going hot, Safety is off... I’ve got a lock.’

Basement

‘Fire at will, Blackwidow.’

Blackwidow Two

(grunts) ‘Affirmative, fox two (stinger missiles launched, whooshing sound-Excited shouting) ‘Confirmed hit, bandit is going down, Basement I repeat... confirmed hit, UFO Down, UFO Down.‘
