Book 1: Welcome to Yukeen

Amara is thirteen years old when she is informed that a disease is taking over the city of Ligop. Of course it comes along when the terrorists also are plotting to overthrow the government. Just Amara's luck. So her family is attempting to move to Yukeen, a faraway city. Until they reach the border and find out they aren't allowed in because of the disease. They have to sneak in or head back and risk catching the terrifyingly deadly disease. So Amara has to hatch a plan to save her family, just in the nick of time.
