Leaf's head coach, Sheldon Keefe.
Toronto Maple Leaf's head coach, Sheldon Keefe, didn't hold back his feelings about the 3-1 loss to the Edmonton Oilers last night.
"I didn't like our game at all today," said Keefe at last night's postgame press conference.
"They, (Edmonton), were a little bit better offensively than we were."
Kaller Yamamoto opened the scoring for the Oilers at 9:18 of the first period.
There was no scoring in the second period.
Auston Matthews tied the game at 6:44 of the third period.
Leon Draisaitl, though, put the Oilers ahead 2-1 with a power play goal at 9:12.
Josh Archibald scored an empty netter at 18:54.
Toronto has a chance to redeem themselves tomorrow in Edmonton.
