I'm not leaving

I’m sorry I’m still fighting demons

Sometimes I’m not sure if I’m awake or if I’m dreaming

Being asleep is better than constantly screaming

Gluing broken pieces

They are broken for so many reasons

A different demon every season

I’m still not leaving

It’s an uncomfortable feeling

One that needs constant treatment

But I’m not coming to an agreement

Winning is an achievement 

If I leave, it means I’ve been beaten

Bleeding, weeping

But I’m not leaving, it’s not convenient 

Fighting this hard is not an enjoyment 

But it’s my soul’s payment

For so much mistreatment
