The bird soars over the sea and forest,

flowing through the air.

Trusting in their wings.

Occasionally flapping and then again soaring.

What a lesson for life.

To trust, to flow, to take action when needed

and then flow again.

The bird shares a grand teaching, in maintaining a balance.

As the bird is not just soaring for fun.

The bird is present, alert and scanning the world beneath him

in order to feed himself.

In this state of active flow,

The bird is ready to go into action mode at any moment,

may prey present itself.

As the bird soars, he shares another great lesson.

The bird isn’t questioning whether the wind will carry him.

Or if it is safe to fly?

The bird is fully trusting in its nature,

and its surroundings.

An example of an attitude one can presently relax in.

Not questioning, not doubting, not worrying about the ‘what ifs’. But being, trusting and open to let nature take its course.

A place of flow, life and clarity.
