My feet carried me through that house like I was walking on air. I still can’t believe that life took you away from me. It’s just so unfair. I saw your spirits just like any old person. But this time you both were see-through. You both looked the same, just a different version. I asked you if Heaven was real, and you said “yes”. I asked you how it was and you said “magical”. I would’ve never guessed. I hugged you both, and cried endlessly into your chests. I let go, and the pain in my eyes grew as you said you had to go back to Heaven. You caressed my cheek and gave it a pinch just like you use to do. I managed to give you a smile, behind tears of pain, as I thought “I’m losing you all over again”. You both tell me how much you love me, then fade away. And then, I smiled. This time not a fake smile. But a smile that reassured me, that I’ll see them again. Some day. Some how. Whether I see them as they visit, or I see them at the gate. It is not up to me. It is up to fate!
