Breathe in
Let the air tickle your nose
Fill up your lungs with it’s warmth
Take in all the stresses that weigh you down
Hold it in
Absorb all the pain
Accept it with open arms
Embrace the feeling of how time stops all around you
Let it out
Allow the wind to take your pent up frustrations
Let go of all that restrains you
Like the breeze around you flow forward with no fear
