Self Loathing

Every time I look in the mirror,
I see myself drown by self rejection.
Every time I look in the mirror,
I see clear my horrible, ugly reflection.
When I look into my eyes,
I can see the pain afflicted.
When I look into my heart,
I can see the damage inflicted,
For I can only look at myself in disgust,
With self hatred the only feeling I can trust.
