It's a poem of one who tried ro know about himself /herself and get confused.

Who I Was

I could say confidently I wasn't impulsive

But somewhere, I seemed to be or

Maybe I was though it might not be true

Did you think the same?

I did what I never actually wished

And I did what I was forced for

But did I do what I wished or

Did I know what was my aim?

That wasn't for money, wasn't to impress

Then what was that for

That wasn't for pride, wasn't for fame

They knew neither me nor my name.

Who I am? I thought always

Though I never found the answer or

I didn't look for and now I blame

I was lost out of grief and shame.

The End
