Tomorrow a pain
Mental health seeing if I am sane
Or going psychotic and needing sectioning again
Then later my therapy
Trying to set my demons free
Maybe a phone call
About my fitness to practice ethically
Instead of focusing on the resilience in me
I don’t need the sack
My clients come back
Despite the battles I personally face
Why can’t people get off my case?
Since late January
Everyone has been watching me
Even though I was released
Over exaggerating what they see
Never being pleased
Even though I see the world now more clearly
People still fear for me
And worry about relapse dangers
It’s like old friends are strangers
The conversations fail
I find them old and stale
I don’t care about your money
I just want to find life funny
I don’t care about what you weigh
As long as you are ok
I don’t care about nonsensical s***
The stress it causes it’s just not worth it
Maybe it wasn’t just my health
I changed myself
Grab life by the horns
Focus on the rose  not the thorns
I let go and forgive
I just want to live and let live
