Eyes In The Woods

Nobody makes a meep

  when all the wolves are

hearding sheep

It's such a joke

They claim that I'm the

one whose mentally

deficient but

How would they know?

Walking with splinters

as my lip begins to quiver

With an

Honest note

 I'm Lost forever cause

I'll never think I'm ever

just a

Wasted soul

Seems like another day,

of more or less the

same

Everyone follows

The trees are hollow

Seems like another day,

of nothing else will change

  The branches are burning

now

There's just no sound

that makes me care

if I could

Before I come unglued

My mouth removed

I'm just the

Eyes in the woods

Criss Sole

This one felt very haunting.
I'd be terrified of being alone in the woods. Spooky! Great poem.
