A Cleaner Of The Streets
He gathers up the detritus,
that litter discarded carelessly.
Plastic cups, paper wrappers,
gum chewed and spat out on the roadside.
And other things,
perhaps best not investigated,
up the gutters,
until he cleans up after others.
