In a dark room there is light

And silence is the best thing to hear

And were you to see nothing, it would be peaceful

Without touch, there is no pain

WIthout words, no conflict

Yet these are all worlds we would not want to live in

The dark sparks fear

And without hearing, there would be no laughter

Without sight, no smiles

Without touch, no love

WIthout words, no way to express

Is it a fair trade?

How does one choose a world they don’t yet know?
