taken from my book, "Our Founded Feelings"

I thought that I had loved her

I thought I always would

I thought that I would love her

Always, forever

Now look at us, she is gone

'Cause I could not have her

Couldn't start anything with her

Now I gotta forget her

Oh, how am I gonna forget her?

Twist my arm

Full of shame

How am I gonna stand?

The marker snaps

I have to live this life

On the silver screen

Shew shoulda' been my wife

But she already had a man

I can barely remember my lines

All I can think about

Is "damn it! why can't she be mine?!"

There will never be a "someday" for us

She doesn't choose me

She could go fuck herself

I deserve something more than what she can be in my life

She so isn't into me

She won't even know I'm gone

So I don't need to say "goodbye"

I just need to move on

I have to let go of her

I have to stand on my own

No matter how much I piss and moan

I have to live without her

So she can be with somebody else

'Cause he's obviously a better man than me
