The moments you are low remember it’s the truest,

so let it flow.

Cry my darling, cry, pour your heart out,

let your tired soul shout.

Buy some peace for yourself,

before it eats you alive and leaves only the shell.

Sit under the sky, but don’t ask why? why? why?

Because, this time of pain will also fly.

Go back, look in the mirror and think

the phases you have been through,

though it made you feel like a cripple but you survived that too.

You are not a no one, don’t let others judge your worth,

Put all your burden behind and keep yourself forth....
