Early days of this century are chaotic
Terriorism, pandemic, climate change
Democracies in turmoil
Authoritative countries making their moves
As we move further in this century
We will need another Roosevelt, Teddy or Franklin
A Churchill, a Thatcher, a DeGaulle
But I see none on the horizion
Clumsy leaders I see
A Carter, a Heath, an Eden
I see some today as a Chamberlain
Waving a white piece of paper
