Seeking Solitude
I’ll often seek out solitude.
Find a place,
with a bit of space,
and only the sounds of nature
to break the silence.
These are times of relative peace,
that border on contentment;
it’s the times when
I’m hemmed in by humanity
that I always feel alone.
