A mansion of great proportion, an evil witch

In the witch's huge castle, the wind blows hard and fast, in the witch's huge castle, the only thing scurrying is a rat, in the witch's huge castle, an old green-faced woman roams, in the witch's huge castle, the floorboards creak and moan, in the witch's huge castle, the refridgerator talks, in the witch's huge castle, the washing machine walks, the witch's huge castle is a funny place after all

This is kind of fun! The imagery it gives off reminds me of the Wicked Witch in 'Wizard of Oz.' The existence of a talking refrigerator and a walking washing machine would be helpful, imo. The fridge could tell you what foods are about to go off, and the washing machine could just head out to the back yard and hang up the laundry.
